We believe that a leader is a person that takes the initiative to make things better. Better for their company, better for the people they lead, better for themselves, even better for world at large. They care about their area of responsibility and are willing to take action to improve a situation, initiate and execute a change, or define and implement new ideas. We use the coaching conversation to assist a leader in deciding how to act in a situation by asking 3 simple questions:
- What is really happening here?
- What is important and needed?
- What is the most helpful action that can be taken now?
From this starting place we can take the client on the journey to fully understand why they are doing what they are doing, how they are going to go about doing it, and what they are going to do to to ensure the right things get done.
We help leaders understand how to better interact with others whether it is within an internal group or team for which they are responsible, or with peers and stakeholders, vendors and associates, or clients. We help teams to be more cohesive and productive and to understand where they fit in the “big picture”. We bring a unique combination of experience, coaching techniques and tools, and a passion for creating capacity and capability within individuals and team which allows them to be more effective as leaders and team members.
